At Fetti, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or wrong product, we accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:
Returns
• Returns are accepted for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with complete packaging in the original condition and all tags attached.
• Returns must be initiated within 3 days of the purchase date.
• Returns are only accepted for defective or wrong products.

Exchanges
• Exchanges are accepted for items that are defective or wrong.
• Exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of the purchase date.
• Exchanges are only accepted for defective or wrong products.

Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items
• Items that have been used, worn, or are not in their original condition.
• Items without their original tags and packaging.
• Items purchased on sale or with a discount code.

All our products are handcrafted with love by our artisans, to ensure our customers can get the best of style and utility Post your purchase, each product undergoes a thorough Quality Check, before it is dispatched via our courier partners We ensure multiple quality checks to help you to take the most educated decision before making your purchase since once a product is unpacked, we cannot sell it again to another customer and hence we only support limited returns or cancellation requests.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange?
In cases of our product having a defect, kindly send us images of the defect to support@fetti.in within 3 days from the date of receiving the package. Our team will inspect the case and get back to you with next steps, if this qualifies for a
replacement. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Refunds/Store Credit
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. This entire process is known to take 7-8 working days.
• Store credit may be offered in cash on delivery payments
