At Fetti, we strive to provide a seamless and fair shopping experience for all our customers. Below are the most commonly asked questions about our return and exchange policy for handbags and apparel.
General Return and Exchange Questions
What is Fetti's Return Policy for Handbags?
We accept returns on handbags within 14 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

The security seal remains intact.

The handbag is unused and in its original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories (e.g., dust bags, authentication cards, etc.).

An unboxing video is required to validate the return request.

Returns are processed only after the product passes our Quality Check (QC).

Return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount for discretionary returns.
What is Fetti’s Return Policy for Apparel?
Apparel can be returned within 3 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

The apparel is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags and packaging are intact.

An unboxing video is required for return approval.

Returns are processed only after the product passes Quality Check (QC).

Return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount for discretionary returns.
Can I Return or Exchange Sale or Discounted Items?
Sale and discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the product is defective or the wrong item has been shipped.
Can I Return or Exchange Custom-Made or Personalized Items?
Custom-made or personalized items (such as monogrammed bags or apparel) are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
Refund Process
How are Refunds Processed for Handbags?
Refunds for handbags are processed based on the reason for return:

Change of Mind or Personal Preference: Refund will be issued as store credit, net of shipping costs. The store credit is valid for 6 months.

Defective or Wrong Product Received: If a manufacturing defect or wrong item is received, we offer either an exchange or a full refund to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference. If the product is returned damaged or without its original condition, the value of missing or damaged items will be deducted from the refund.

We accept exchanges for defective or wrong handbags within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

Shipping for exchanges is covered by Fetti if all conditions are met.

We accept exchanges for apparel within 3 days of purchase under the following conditions:

One-time exchange for a different size is allowed (subject to availability).

Shipping for exchanges is covered by Fetti if all conditions are met.

What Conditions Must Be Met for Returns and Exchanges to Be Accepted?
Returns and exchanges will NOT be accepted if:

The product has been used, washed, or altered.

Original packaging, security seal, or tags are missing.

The mandatory unboxing or product condition video is not provided.

The item has been damaged due to customer mishandling.
What is the Quality Assurance & Mandatory Video Proof Process?
To ensure fairness and transparency, all return and exchange requests must include:

Unboxing Video: A video showing the moment the package is opened, displaying the security seal, packaging, and product condition.

Product Condition Video: A video highlighting any defects or issues with the product. Without these videos, your return/exchange request will not be processed.
Return & Exchange Process
How Does the Return and Exchange Process Work?
To initiate a return or exchange:
Submit a Request: Email support@fetti.in within the return window, including:

Order number

Unboxing and product condition videos

Reason for return or exchange
Our team will review the request and respond within 24-48 hours.
If approved, we will arrange a return pickup. Our logistics partner will attempt to pick up your order within 24-48 working hours.
If the pickup is unsuccessful, you will be responsible for shipping the item back.
How Long Does it Take to Process a Return or Exchange?
Once we receive the returned product, we aim to process the return or exchange within 7-10 working days. The exact timeline may vary depending on the condition of the product and the reason for return.
Cancellation and Order Modifications
What is Fetti's Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, the cancellation will not be processed. If the order has already been dispatched, it will be subject to our return policy, and shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. For prepaid orders, if you cancel after payment is processed, payment provider fees (such as transaction charges) will be deducted from the refund.
How Can I Cancel My Order?
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at support@fetti.in as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched yet, we will initiate the cancellation and refund process immediately.
Can I Modify My Order After It's Placed?
Unfortunately, once your order is confirmed, we cannot modify it. If you need to change the items, the best option is to cancel the order and place a new one, as long as the order hasn’t been dispatched.
Other Questions
Will I Be Charged for Returns or Exchanges?
For discretionary returns, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. However, if the return is due to a defective or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Can I Change the Shipping Address After Placing an Order?
Once the order is confirmed, it's usually not possible to change the shipping address. If you realize that the address is incorrect or needs modification, please contact us immediately at support@fetti.in. We will try our best to accommodate the changes, but it may not always be possible if the order has already been processed for dispatch.
What Happens If the Product I Ordered Is Out of Stock?
If the product you ordered is out of stock and has been paid for, we will either:

Offer you a full refund to your original payment method, or

Allow you to exchange the item for a similar product (subject to availability).
