Fetti 1-Year Warranty & Shipping Policy (Handbags only barring- Metro Tote, Porte Denim Messenger Bag, Mélange Hobo Bag)

At Fetti, we take pride in the quality of our handbags. To ensure your confidence in our products, we offer a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Additionally, we adhere to strict quality control protocols for every bag before dispatch. Each product undergoes a thorough inspection, and we save a video proof to guarantee that it is 100% defect-free.


What’s Covered?

We will repair or replace your bag if it experiences any of the following due to a manufacturing defect:

  • Stitching issues – Loose threads, seam openings, or unraveling.

  • Hardware defects – Faulty zippers, buckles, clasps, or rivets that break under normal use.

  • Material defects – Peeling, cracking, or fading of Fetti branding (if applicable).

  • Structural issues – Unusual sagging, tearing, or premature material deterioration under normal conditions.


What’s Not Covered?

  • Normal wear & tear – Scratches, scuffs, shape softening, hardware corrosion or color fading over time.

  • Accidental damage – Spills, stains, cuts, burns, corrosion exposure to harsh conditions (sun, water, heat, moisture).

  • Misuse or overloading – Damage from excessive weight or improper storage.

  • Unauthorized repairs & modifications – Third-party alterations void the warranty.


Warranty Claim Process

1️⃣ Submit a Claim:

Email us at support@fetti.in with your order number, photos of the defect, and a brief description of the issue.

2️⃣ Inspection & Approval:

  • If the issue qualifies, we will confirm the next steps within 5-7 business days.

  • If required, you will need to ship the bag to us for assessment.

3️⃣ Resolution Options:

  • If approved, Fetti will repair or replace the bag for free.

  • If the exact model is unavailable, we’ll offer a similar product or store credit.

  • If the claim is denied, the customer can either pay for return shipping or choose responsible disposal.


Shipping Policy for Warranty Claims

  • Customer Pays for Initial Shipping – You are responsible for shipping the bag to Fetti for inspection.

  • Fetti Pays for Return Shipping (If Approved) – If the defect is confirmed, we will repair/replace the bag and cover the return shipping.

  • Customer Pays for Return Shipping (If Denied) – If the claim is not approved, the customer must pay for return shipping or request responsible disposal.


Important Notes:

  • Warranty applies only to original purchasers with valid proof of purchase.

  • This warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

  • Warranty claims are limited to one repair or replacement per product.

  • Warranty valid for handbags only barring- Metro Tote, Porte Denim Messenger Bag, Mélange Hobo Bag.
