Cancellation Policy
At FETTI, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your order, what happens after cancellation, and how refunds are processed. Please read the terms carefully before placing your order.
When You Can Cancel
You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it, and the order will instead be handled under our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
If you cancel after the order has been processed for shipping but before dispatch, standard shipping charges will apply.
How to Cancel
To cancel your order:
- Contact our customer support team at support@fetti.in as soon as possible.
- Include your order number in the message.
As long as your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we will confirm the cancellation and begin the refund process immediately.

If Your Order Has Been Dispatched
If your order has already been dispatched:
- Cancellation will no longer be possible.
- The order will instead be eligible for return under our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
- Return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount as specified in the returns terms.
Refunds After Cancellation
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed according to our Refunds Policy.
Refunds are generally credited to the original payment method. Time taken for the amount to reflect varies by bank or payment provider.
If your order was prepaid and cancellation happens after payment processing, standard payment provider charges may be deducted from the refund amount as outlined in our Payments Policy.
Modifying Your Order
Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to modify it (such as changing product variants or shipping details). If you require a different item, cancellation and reorder is the recommended option before the order is dispatched.
