Fetti 1-Year Warranty & Shipping Policy (Handbags only barring- Metro Tote, Porte Denim Messenger Bag, Mélange Hobo Bag)

At Fetti, we take pride in the quality of our handbags. To ensure your confidence in our products, we offer a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Additionally, we adhere to strict quality control protocols for every bag before dispatch. Each product undergoes a thorough inspection, and we save a video proof to guarantee that it is 100% defect-free.

What’s Covered?

We will repair or replace your bag if it experiences any of the following due to a manufacturing defect:

• Stitching issues – Loose threads, seam openings, or unraveling.
• Hardware defects – Faulty zippers, buckles, clasps, or rivets that break under normal use.
• Material defects – Peeling, cracking, or fading of Fetti branding (if applicable).
• Structural issues – Unusual sagging, tearing, or premature material deterioration under normal conditions.

What’s Not Covered?

• Normal wear & tear – Scratches, scuffs, shape softening, hardware corrosion or color fading over time.
• Accidental damage – Spills, stains, cuts, burns, corrosion exposure to harsh conditions (sun, water, heat, moisture).
• Misuse or overloading – Damage from excessive weight or improper storage.
• Unauthorized repairs & modifications – Third-party alterations void the warranty.

Warranty Claim Process

1️⃣ Submit a Claim:

Email us at support@fetti.in with your order number, photos of the defect, and a brief description of the issue.

2️⃣ Inspection & Approval:

• If the issue qualifies, we will confirm the next steps within 5-7 business days.
• If required, you will need to ship the bag to us for assessment.

3️⃣ Resolution Options:

• If approved, Fetti will repair or replace the bag for free.
• If the exact model is unavailable, we’ll offer a similar product or store credit.
• If the claim is denied, the customer can either pay for return shipping or choose responsible disposal.

Shipping Policy for Warranty Claims

• Customer Pays for Initial Shipping – You are responsible for shipping the bag to Fetti for inspection.
• Fetti Pays for Return Shipping (If Approved) – If the defect is confirmed, we will repair/replace the bag and cover the return shipping.
• Customer Pays for Return Shipping (If Denied) – If the claim is not approved, the customer must pay for return shipping or request responsible disposal.

Important Notes:

• Warranty applies only to original purchasers with valid proof of purchase.
• This warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
• Warranty claims are limited to one repair or replacement per product.
• Warranty valid for handbags only barring- Metro Tote, Porte Denim Messenger Bag, Mélange Hobo Bag.

At Fetti, we strive to provide a seamless and fair shopping experience for all our customers. Below are the most commonly asked questions about our return and exchange policy for handbags and apparel.

International orders are not eligible for returns and exchanges.

General Return and Exchange Questions

What is Fetti's Return Policy for Handbags?

We accept returns on handbags within 14 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

• The security seal remains intact.
• The handbag is unused and in its original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories (e.g., dust bags, authentication cards, etc.).
• An unboxing video is required to validate the return request.
• Returns are processed only after the product passes our Quality Check (QC).
• Return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount for discretionary returns.

What is Fetti’s Return Policy for Apparel? 

Apparel can be returned within 3 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

• The apparel is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags and packaging are intact.
• An unboxing video is required for return approval.
• Returns are processed only after the product passes Quality Check (QC).
• Return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount for discretionary returns.

Can I Return or Exchange Sale or Discounted Items?

Sale and discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the product is defective or the wrong item has been shipped.

Can I Return or Exchange Custom-Made or Personalised Items?

Custom-made or personalised items (such as monogrammed bags or apparel) are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Refund Process

How are Refunds Processed for Handbags?

Refunds for handbags are processed based on the reason for return:

• Change of Mind or Personal Preference: Refund will be issued as store credit, net of shipping costs. The store credit is valid for 6 months.
• Defective or Wrong Product Received: If a manufacturing defect or wrong item is received, we offer either an exchange or a full refund to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference. If the product is returned damaged or without its original condition, the value of missing or damaged items will be deducted from the refund.

At Fetti's discretion and based on the scenarios outlined above, if deemed appropriate, the refund will be issued using the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

How are Refunds Processed for Apparel?

Refunds for apparel are processed similarly:

• Change of Mind Issue: Refund will be issued as store credit, net of shipping costs. The store credit is valid for 6 months.
• Defective or Wrong Product Received: If a manufacturing defect or wrong item is received, we offer either an exchange or a full refund to the original payment method or as store credit. If the product is returned damaged or without its original condition, the value of missing or damaged items will be deducted from the refund.

At Fetti's discretion and based on the scenarios outlined above, if deemed appropriate, the refund will be issued using the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Return shipping charges will be deducted per our Shipping Policy.

Exchange Process

What is Fetti’s Exchange Policy for Handbags?

We accept exchanges for defective or wrong handbags within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

• The security seal remains intact.
• The handbag is unused, in original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
• Exchanges are allowed only once, for the same model (subject to availability).
• Shipping for exchanges is covered by Fetti if all conditions are met.

What is Fetti’s Exchange Policy for Apparel?

We accept exchanges for apparel within 3 days of purchase under the following conditions:

• The item is unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
• One-time exchange for a different size is allowed (subject to availability).
• Shipping for exchanges is covered by Fetti if all conditions are met.

General Return and Exchange Conditions

What Conditions Must Be Met for Returns and Exchanges to Be Accepted?

Returns and exchanges will NOT be accepted if:

• The product has been used, washed, or altered.
• Original packaging, security seal, or tags are missing.
• The mandatory unboxing or product condition video is not provided.
• The item has been damaged due to customer mishandling.

What is the Quality Assurance & Mandatory Video Proof Process?

To ensure fairness and transparency, all return and exchange requests must include:

• Unboxing Video: A video showing the moment the package is opened, displaying the security seal, packaging, and product condition.
• Product Condition Video: A video highlighting any defects or issues with the product. Without these videos, your return/exchange request will not be processed.

Return & Exchange Process

How Does the Return and Exchange Process Work?

To initiate a return or exchange:

Submit a Request: Email support@fetti.in within the return window, including:

• Order number
• Unboxing and product condition videos
• Reason for return or exchange

Our team will review the request and respond within 24-48 hours.

If approved, we will arrange a return pickup. Our logistics partner will attempt to pick up your order within 24-48 working hours.

If the pickup is unsuccessful, you will be responsible for shipping the item back.

How Long Does it Take to Process a Return or Exchange?

Once we receive the returned product, we aim to process the return or exchange within 7-10 working days. The exact timeline may vary depending on the condition of the product and the reason for return.

At Fetti's discretion and based on the scenarios outlined above, if deemed appropriate, the refund will be issued using the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Cancellation and Order Modifications

What is Fetti's Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, the cancellation will not be processed. If the order has already been dispatched, it will be subject to our return policy, and shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. For prepaid orders, if you cancel after payment is processed, payment provider fees (such as transaction charges) will be deducted from the refund.

How Can I Cancel My Order?

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at support@fetti.in as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched yet, we will initiate the cancellation and refund process immediately.

Can I Modify My Order After It's Placed?

Unfortunately, once your order is confirmed, we cannot modify it. If you need to change the items, the best option is to cancel the order and place a new one, as long as the order hasn’t been dispatched.

Other Questions

Will I Be Charged for Returns or Exchanges?

For discretionary returns, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. However, if the return is due to a defective or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Can I Change the Shipping Address After Placing an Order?

Once the order is confirmed, it's usually not possible to change the shipping address. If you realise that the address is incorrect or needs modification, please contact us immediately at support@fetti.in. We will try our best to accommodate the changes, but it may not always be possible if the order has already been processed for dispatch.

What Happens If the Product I Ordered Is Out of Stock?

If the product you ordered is out of stock and has been paid for, we will either:

• Offer you a full refund to your original payment method, or
• Allow you to exchange the item for a similar product (subject to availability).

What happens with the return of items in No Cost EMI?

Returns for purchases made via No Cost EMI are accepted within 14 days; however, cancellation of the EMI plan must be handled directly by the buyer with their financing provider.
